Euroguss 2022 (European die casting industry exhibition) was officially opened in Nuremberg Exhibition Center, Germany from June 8 to June 10, 2022 ~ this exhibition is currently one of the largest exhibitions in the forging and die casting industry in Europe and even the world.

In this exhibition, EA together with its EA Die Casting, EA Punching Welding, and EA Molds, made a heavy debut in Nuremberg Convention and Exhibition Center hall8-418, displaying power, chassis, body structural parts and new energy lightweight products such as high-end gearbox, integrated motor shell, integrated body structural parts and magnesium alloy framework. 1、 Double motor housing
- Integrated casting of motor shell and Reducer
- The technology of precise control of mold temperature field, local extrusion and patented vacuum valve is used to reduce the leakage risk, the quality is at the leading level in the industry

- The average wall thickness is 4mm, and the multi-gate annular runner layout is applied to ensure the filling quality

- It can replace direct hot-stamping process, laser-cutting is not required anymore, and the production efficiency is increased for more than 400%
- With this advanced technology ，the cold stamping process can control the forming process, the finished product is stable, and the loss for the hot stamping die surface is subtle
- The material is galvanized high-strength steel plate, which no longer needs anti-corrosion treatment
